A: Congratulations on signing up for your run! You can select a wave for morning runs by completing the form here: https://shorturl.at/LNvKX Please keep in mind that half marathoners are automatically in the first wave so there is no need to reserve your wave. For evening runners, we only have 1 wave time so there is no need to reserve.
A: We welcome everyone to our event! We would love to have you 🙂 As our run is more casual, it is perfect for walkers and all fitness levels.
A: As our runs are more casual, we are able to accommodate dogs so long as they are on leash and it is OK with the park!
A: Our courses are out and back loops so there is water and snacks every 1.5 miles at the start line. If you need more than that, please bring some with you to run with.

A: We ask all participants to sign up online so that we can keep track of their shirts. We don’t do on site sign ups for that reason. A: We can add you to the waitlist for the run. Please email into info@thebestraces.com and we will add you to the waitlist for a run. Simply provide the city and date of the run you wish to participate in.

A: You will get a shirt and a medal with your race signup unless you sign up for an eco-friendly version of the run. In that case, you will get a medal with your race signup.
A: We choose our run sites based on accessibility to parking which means there will be either on street parking or a parking lot nearby. Please zoom into the google map link provided on the participant info email which goes out the Wednesday before the run for a closer look at parking near the start line. A: Yes. We almost ALWAYS accommodate distance changes. Please simply complete the form: https://forms.gle/miPST9fp2syda61r7 *Please keep in mind that we will contact you ONLY if we are unable for some odd reason to accommodate your request.
A: We include a google map with details of the run in an email that will go out the Wednesday before the run.
A: For race bibs, please simply show up 10-15 minutes ahead of your start time. Our coordinators will provide you with a race bib. If you want your time taken, please ask them and they’ll walk you through our easy process of noting your start and stop time.
A: We don’t have storage but will have a coordinator at the start line. Please make sure that you do not leave any valuables behind as we are not responsible for looking after them during the run but rather keep them on you. You may put your belongings near the start line in sight of our coordinator if that helps but yes, we can’t assume responsibility for any items so make sure you have all valuables on person, vehicle, etc.

A: We run during the rain but in the case of severe weather, such as thunderstorms, we will reschedule. If our event is rescheduled, we will send out an email informing you of a new date. If you prefer to avoid the bad weather, you can opt to transfer. You can do so by looking at www.thebestraces.com for a date that you prefer. Please email your new date and city into info@thebestraces.com so we can add you to the transfers list so that you will receive the participant info email before the Wednesday of your new date.
A: In the case that you can’t make the date to a rescheduled run, please look at www.thebestraces.com and select a date which works with your schedule. You can then email into info@thebestraces.com with your new date and city so as to be added onto the transfers list to receive the participant info email the Wednesday before the run.

🎽 Shirt & Medal
A: Your shirt will arrive the week before the run unless you signed up less than 2 weeks before the run. In this case, your shirt will arrive after the run. Don’t worry as your participation is not in jeopardy. You can run in any shirt you wish
A: After you’ve completed your run, please fill out the medals request form and our warehouse will ship you a medal. Our form can be found here: https://forms.gle/v4PTj9H6KorRZogi6

A: For address changes, please email into info@thebestraces.com with 1.) your complete registration confirmation (you may just forward this) and 2.) the complete address you wish to change to. We can help you to follow up with the warehouse. Please note that we can only change your address if your shirt has not been shipped.
A: We work closely with a warehouse which handles our orders but we are only able to ship in the US. Please supply us with 1.) a friend’s address or 2.) a hotel address. If shipping to your hotel, please 1) Make sure that you notify them, and 2) Use the exact same name as you registered with at your hotel for the run (as they’ll return your shirt if the names don’t match). A: We ship our shirts to you by the week of the run. If you signed up within the last 2 weeks, there is a good chance your shirt is on the way as it takes 1-2 weeks for our warehouse to ship your shirt. If you still need assistance, please email us at info@thebestraces.com so we can help you locate a tracking number for your shirt.

A: We want to help our runners meet their fitness goals so yes, you can transfer to a date you can make. You can do so by looking at www.thebestraces.com for a date that you prefer. Please email your new date and city into info@thebestraces.com so we can add you to the transfers list so that you will receive the participant info email before the Wednesday of your new date.
A: As our priority to see you achieve your fitness goals, we would first like to transfer you to another run. Please look at www.thebestraces.com for a list of our upcoming runs and email your new date into info@thebestraces.com so we can add you to the transfers list so that you will receive the participant info email before the Wednesday of your new date. If this is not possible, please email us.

A: If the run is cancelled due to weather, we reschedule the run to a different date. If you are unable to make the new date, we offer a credit to a future run which doesn’t expire. A: The greatest thing about running virtually is you can complete your run anytime anywhere. As such, there is flexibility as to when you complete your run.
A: With the paid virtual run, you get a t-shirt and medal. Please make sure to use your full mailing address when signing up for your run as our warehouse ships your shirts to the registered address. After you have completed your run, you may email into info@thebestraces.com for your medal.
